About Bay Springs HOA
We have 2 marked entrances: our North entrance is at Conroy-Windermere Rd at Hiawassee Rd, and our South entrance is off Lake Marsha Drive. Both contain new informational signs to announce upcoming events and our Board contact information.

Our HOA Board meets every 2nd Tuesday evening 7pm, every other month.
​
Annual Meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2024. 7pm at Watson Realty Corp meeting room.
HOA Fees
$165.00 Annual Fee. Due February 1 each year.
​
$100.00 Transfer Fee charged on Estoppel.
If delinquent on HOA fees: $150 additional fee.
RUSH fee: $100 for 3-day delivery from request date.
Late fees and liens will be charged for non-payment.
Trash Service
Trash & Recycle Pick-Up is Tuesday
Yard Waste Pick-Up is Wednesday
(Please note that the trucks will only pick up the trash bins, so if you have more than will fit inside, try to put it on top, not next to the bin.)
